Q: Can you tell us something more about the company and what you do?
A: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwood Realty and The Preferred Realty is a locally owned, full-service real estate company serving Northeastern Ohio, Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Our affiliation with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network provides us with the most advanced technology and tools in the industry.
Q: You’ve recently acquired Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kovack Realtors; could you tell us something more?
A: Our intent with this merger is to grow our Ohio market. We currently have eight offices in the Northeastern Ohio area. In real estate, location is everything, and Ohio’s position as a link between the Northeast and the Midwest gives it plenty of business revenue. Cleveland’s real estate market prediction is that the prices will rise 2.0% in 2020. Northeastern Ohio can expect to benefit from steady increases in home values over the course of the coming months. Having our company centered around this economic housing boom will be beneficial to both us and consumers in the home buying market.
Q: What makes you one of the largest and fastest-growing Eastern Ohio real estate company?
