Over nearly two decades, I have grown a division from $123 million to $1.25 billion in seven years, increased a brokerage by 144% in a single year, and helped integrate $2.5 billion in revenue across seven companies. I have led through difficult markets, acquisitions, rapid growth, and complex operating environments by combining vision with disciplined execution.
I have been building automation into operating systems since 2013, long before AI became the headline. Today, AI automation has expanded what is possible across productivity, accountability, decision-making, and scale. I use technology and data to identify opportunities, remove friction, improve margins, and help leaders make better decisions faster.
